杨志灵,男, 博士,1986年12月生,山东省安丘市人。现任中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园研究员,博士生导师。
主要从事植物化学防御和昆虫适应性机制方面的研究。相关研究成果发表在Nature Communications、Plant Cell、New Phytologist、Journal of Chemical Ecology等杂志;先后承担国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国科学院率先行动择优支持项目等。
聚焦于“植食性昆虫对植物防御的适应性进化”这一核心科学问题进行了系统性研究:
1、发现了植食性昆虫积累植物化学防御物质以抵御自身天敌的适应性进化机制;
2、揭示了植食性昆虫对植物双元化学防御系统的生理适应性特征;
3、阐明了抗性基因家族在植物中的功能进化机制。
