郭晓荣,女, 博士,副教授,硕士生导师,1975年9月生, 内蒙古商都县人。
主要从事叶绿体基因组进化方面的研究。先后承担完成了国家基金地区项目、云南省科技厅项目等2项;在国内外核心刊物上发表学术论文12余篇,其中SCI刊物上发表10余篇。
在檀香目植物叶绿体基因组进化方面取得了一定的成绩,主要包括以下几个方面:
(1)通过檀香目一些半寄生植物的叶绿体基因组学分析,揭示了半寄生植物的叶绿体基因组退化程度与寄生方式无关,其叶绿体基因组的退化演化更有可能以一种科属特异性(亲缘关系)的方式进行,为半寄生植物的叶绿体进化研究提供了科学依据。
(2)发现檀香目叶绿体基因组蛋白编码序列构建的物种树和基因树有很大冲突,这可能是进化选择松弛所导致。之外,研究结果还发现檀香目很多近年来新划定的科级分类单元可能都不成立,提升了对檀香目分类及系统演化格局的认识。
