陈金全,男, 博士,1979年8月生,云南省东川县人。现任副研究员,硕士生导师。
主要从事重金属土壤修复及功能微生物方面的研究。先后承担完成了国家自然科学基金等项目;在国内外核心刊物上发表学术论文20余篇。
主要包括以下几个方面:
(1)总体上,申请人在重金属污染土壤的修复领域发表多篇高水平论文。主要贡献是首次发现了土壤中真菌对重金属汞的还原现象及分子机制,揭示了好氧条件下重金属转化成硫化物的钝化修复新机制,并且研究形成一种经济有效的农田重金属污染土壤的生物炭固定化菌原位修复方法,在云南东川等地进行了应用示范,取得了较好的结果。
(2目前在土壤微生物组调控方向也取得了较大进展。基于土壤或根系微生物组的调控来实现污染土壤修复及促进农业生产被认为是短期能实现突破的绿色生物技术。因此,基于土壤或根系微生物组调控为核心的修复技术,是实现重金属污染耕地土壤安全利用的关键。但是,目前有关微生物组调控修复土壤重金属污染及安全利用方向的研究还尚未报道。通过研究云南耕地重金属污染区域土壤和农作物的根系微生物群落及结构、生态学特征、功能类群丰度及时空变化规律,揭示云南耕地重金属污染区域土壤和根区微生物组的驱动机制和关键功能菌群,在此基础上分离核心功能微生物,开展多功能菌群的复配和构建,目前已经研发匹配不同土壤和农作物的简化微生物组菌剂,构建土壤-植物-简化微生物组的协同修复技术模式。研究结果可为云南耕地重金属污染区域的安全利用提供技术支撑。因此,该方向的突破对于云南省或全国都具有重要的经济和生态效益。
