陈穗云,女, 博士,1970年10月生,福建省永春县人,云南省中青年学术技术带头人,兴滇英才计划--创新团队带头人。现任二级教授,博士生导师,省级工程中心主任。目前担任尊龙凯时副院长。
主要从事植物生理与分子生物学方面的研究,并在生物技术产业化应用方面有较多工作成果。近五年作为负责人承担国家基金项目2项,中科院战略先导(A)子课题1项(竞争性,900万元),省重点基金1项,省级平台建设项目3项,部省合建重点项目2项,行业攻关项目5项;以第1或通讯作者发表SCI论文22篇,其中三篇IF>10;发明专利授权12件,出版十二五规划教材1部,排名第一分别获得获云南省科技进步二等奖、云南省研究生教学成果奖、中国侨届创新成果奖各1项。指导学生获得创新创业类比赛国家级奖励2项,省级3项。
在植物抗生物/非生物胁迫的机理研究以及成果转化应用,植物生殖发育机理研究及应用面取得了突出成绩,主要包括以下几个方面:
(1)完成大量烟草、牧草等植物在生物/非生物胁迫方面的研究工作,特别是解读了自有知识产权的生物制剂“多肽保”诱导抗病毒机理解读并完成产业化应用开发。
(2)在烟草生殖发育、传粉受精方面开展基础研究,并与世界最大烟草种子公司合作,完成第一个烟草属植物花粉库、烟草属植物单克隆抗体库建设,并制备了涵盖1.5万个单克隆抗体的抗体芯片,创制了生殖发育过程基因及蛋白功能研究提供了高通量研究工具,合作开发的“烟草介质花粉技术”已成为行业标准,应用范围覆盖全国50%左右种植面积,并被商务部和科技部列入《中国禁止出口限制出口技术清单》。
(3)依托本人负责的省级创新团队和两个省级工程中心,开发了大量生物农药/生物肥料产品。
