李艳,女,博士,1983年9月生,云南人,云南省中青年学术带头人、云南省万人计划青年拔尖人才。现任尊龙凯时生物资源保护与利用国家重点实验室研究员,博士生导师。
主要从事家养动物起源和适应性进化遗传机制方面的研究。先后承担完成了国家自然科学基金集成项目、面上项目、地区项目、青年项目,科技部国家重点研发项目、青藏高原二次科考项目,中科院先导专项等20余项;在国内外核心刊物上发表学术论文38篇,其中SCI刊物上发表36篇。
在解析家养动物的驯化起源历史及优质性状的遗传基础方面取得了突出成绩,主要包括以下几个方面:
(1)围绕代表性高海拔畜禽品种,针对种质资源结构和环境适应机制科学问题,利用前沿群体多组学技术手段,开展了长期系统性研究,揭示了高山特色珍稀品种独龙牛特异的染色体融合及其对肉质性状的影响,有助于保护和利用这一优秀种质资源,为国家种业储备和应用提供支持。同时,也加深了对肌肉发育与维持等基本生命科学问题的理解,为相关前沿领域的研究提供了科学依据。
(2)阐明藏獒连续匀质、藏鸡独立分离的种质资源遗传结构特征及各自的缺氧适应机制,以及不同通路在不同高海拔畜禽进化过程中的遗传特征,梳理高原适应性形成机制的多样性,归纳高海拔畜禽动物共性遗传特征,即遗传渗透是快速形成高海拔适应性进化的有效途径,趋同进化是其共性进化规律。
(3)揭示温顺行为转变的调控靶点,为性情的选育和优化提供了方向,有利于推动高海拔地方品种的规模化养殖。
(4)在高海拔地方特色产业扶持方面开展了持续探索:开发独龙牛种质资源分子鉴定技术,主持制定独龙牛分子鉴定云南省地方标准,帮助当地企业优化核心育种群,合作承担兴边富民项目;开发藏獒种质资源分子鉴定技术,帮助当地企业新增利润百余万元,实现成果转化 370 余万元,为科技推动现代种业高质量发展写下鲜明注脚。
