 卢华正,男, 博士,2016年获得中国科学院“朱李月华优秀博士奖”,2020年入选云南省万人计划“青年拔尖人才”,2023年入选西双版纳州“雨林工匠”。现任副研究员,硕士生导师。云南西双版纳热带森林生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站常务副站长。

本人一直致力于热带亚热带森林生态系统的研究与保护,深入探讨了群落演替、植物-微生物相互作用以及克隆植物生态策略,特别是在热带亚热带珍稀濒危植物的保护与恢复方面取得了显著成果。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、云南省应用基础研究基金面上项目2项、中国科学院基金5项,云南省人才项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金、云南省和中国科学院等各类基金10多项。在New Phytologist, Annals of Botany, Forest Ecology & Management、《生物多样性》等国内外期刊上发表论文40余篇,其中SCI论文近30篇。

研究领域与兴趣:

1)   结合植物的克隆性与共生真菌,在林冠生境中检验胁迫梯度假设,探讨胁迫生境中微生物介导的种间相互作用与生物多样性维持机制;

2)   聚焦植物-微生物相互作用与群落重建,深入探讨植物功能性状与共生微生物在生态恢复中的作用;

3)   利用植物的营养繁殖特性(如萌生与扦插等),开展喀斯特石漠化地区植被恢复与热带、亚热带受损森林生态恢复试验。
